Machine for sprayed concrete and pea gravel
conveyance.
Reliable and sturdy allows to operate, with low
wear costs, at very big distances even with
moisted mixes.
It operates on the well know and tried rotor
working method and is endowed with the OCMER
hydraulic clamping system of the lubricated
rubber gaskets on the rotor.
Such a system allows precise adjustment and
homogenous distribution of the forces on all the
surface of the rotor. When compared with the
traditional manual clamping systems it allows the
following advantages to be achieved:
- Elimination
of dust exits from the rotors
sides;
- Automatic
compensation of the rubber gaskets and
rotor plates wear;
- Homogenous
distribution of the wear on all the
surface of gaskets and plates and
consequent extension of their life;
Four different
rotors size and three different hoses
diameters are available.
It is the ideal machine for a very large number
of project: sprayed concrete structural lining in
tunnels and galleries, slope stabilizations of
any kind, minings, river and irrigation canal
projects, dams construction, swimming pools
contruction and in general in all the situation
where there is a need to apply sprayed concrete
in medium-large volume with or without the use of
a nozzle manipulator.
Special skid mounted pneumatic driven version for
mining applications.
Special versions for TBM back up part.
